Mr Fox getting closer!

 Mr Fox!
Peering down at us through the flower border. He can smell us.
LOL!
As usual, wet felted wool, machine embroidered and finished with a little hand embroidery.
Mr Fox will be accompanying me to Yarndale next month before being released for sale.

Love Fi x

Thank you all for your lovely comments about my Field Mouse felt on the previous post. I feel like I'm climbing a creative mountain and each one of your comments is a gentle hand helping me upwards.

Your talent is astonishing. That fox is really coming out of the picture - brilliant!
The flowers remind me of the cotton flowers you find in the wild up your way. Nice!

He's beautiful - you are very clever to make his eyes look shiny and bright with something so non-shiny as wool! Betty

Incredible, such a work of art. I don't know how you manage to get so much detail into the fox. I'd love to know how many hours it takes you!

Ok, I think Mr. Fox takes the cake Fi.......much in all as they have nasty ways and very bad manners and one recently killed half my flock. You have really captured them with this piece.......he's a very handsome fella and it's wonderful to watch your work change and grow.
